Per-zone physics dispatch models produce a baseline. A stacked LightGBM + XGBoost + quantile-map ensemble corrects the residuals and widens the tails.

STEP 3

Forecasts land in a cached API with tier-gated horizon. Nightly regression gate promotes or rolls back the model automatically.
