Analyst and Desk can be bought online, with 14-day trials on the three forecast products; Enterprise is papered on an MSA. Each tier has a flat price with no metered usage charges. Commitment risk

Refunds, trials and the break clause

Fees are not refunded. Instead, the evidence is public before you pay, and there are four ways to limit what you have at risk while you check it:

  1. Explore is free: the real interface and the full public track record, with no card. On CEAtlas a free account (email only) adds hourly 2025, the 12 × 24 profile, the annual bars and one site analysis.
  2. 14-day trials on Analyst and Desk for CEAtlas, CEGridSight and CompoundVision; card required, cancel anytime.
  3. Monthly billing on every forecast product: buy a month, judge it, and cancel anytime.
  4. First-quarter break clause. Annual Desk plans can be cancelled at day 90 with no further payments. You pay for the first quarter; nothing is refunded; the remaining three quarters fall away. Judge us on the public scorecard for a quarter before you commit to the year.

Forecast accuracy is never underwritten: no service level, credit or warranty attaches to it (see Terms). The public scorecard is the evidence, and the four options above limit your exposure while you check it.

Pricing, billing and the small print

Why these prices?

Each Desk tier replaces work that is otherwise bought as consultancy: a single siting study, adequacy assessment or revenue forecast routinely costs more than a year of the product that runs unlimited ones. Desk plans include three seats; most teams that buy a Desk share it. Seats are named on request; email hello@compoundingenergy.com after checkout. Every product publishes its accuracy record, so you can check it before you pay.

Can I try before paying?

Every product has a free Explore tier with the real interface and the public track record. CEAtlas, CEGridSight and CompoundVision all include 14-day self-serve trials on both Analyst and Desk (card required, cancel anytime). Annual Desk plans also carry the first-quarter break clause: cancel at day 90 with no further payments, and the remaining three quarters fall away. CECadence has no trial; its Explore tier runs the full engine on a demo scenario.

Is there a free account?

Yes, on CEAtlas. Explore needs nothing: no card, no sign-in. Without an account you get one look a day at each of hourly 2025, the 12 × 24 profile and the annual bars. A free account (email only, no card) opens full hourly 2025 at any coordinate, on the map and as a download, the 12 × 24 profile, the annual bars for every year 1940–2025, and one site analysis. Allowances live on the account: 20 coordinates a day across those three views, and one site analysis. Free downloads are for your own use, so please don't redistribute them; an attribution to CEAtlas is appreciated. Analyst and Desk open the full 86-year hourly record and the analyses.

Are there annual discounts?

Annual billing is 10× the monthly price (two months free) on every product with a monthly plan. CECadence is annual-only.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise figures are “from” prices for 5+ seats across an organisation, and Enterprise is never self-serve. Each plan is papered on an MSA with a CPI+3% annual escalator, capped at 6%. Email hello@compoundingenergy.com to start.

What are the bundles?

There are two. The Desk bundle is all three products at Desk, 3 seats each, for £89,950/yr, annual only, about 36% under the sum. The Platform agreement is all three at Enterprise, across the organisation on one MSA, for £50,000/month plus VAT billed annually (£600,000/yr), about £100,000 under the entry prices. CECadence, the licensed software and reports are papered separately.

How accurate are the forecasts?

Every product publishes a public accuracy record so you can judge for yourself: CEGridSight's live track record, CompoundVision's scorecards and per-lead-day skill, CECadence's committed backtest and index calibration, and CENovaSage's US day-ahead scorecard (free). All are graded against settled markets and metered output.

Is on-premise available?

CECadence ships on-prem and fully air-gapped behind an offline signed licence. CENovaSage and CEMeridian licences can include on-prem deployment. For the SaaS products, ask us; we're open to it for Enterprise.

What payment methods?

Stripe: cards, ACH, SEPA, BACS, and invoiced bank transfer for annual and Enterprise contracts. VAT added where applicable. Cancel any time. There are no refunds, either for partial months or for unused annual periods. Annual Desk plans carry the first-quarter break clause above.
